Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and JRAS Automations (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, sovereign AI operating systems, digital products, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, AI models, and agent configurations (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us, protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

3. Sovereign License

Upon full payment of your sovereign investment (setup fee and commencement), you receive:

• Full control over your deployed AI operating system and its data.
• Activation key for your sovereign domain and private infrastructure.
• Non-exclusive license to use the JRAS OS for your business operations.

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the underlying JRAS codebase, AI models, or agent configurations.

4. User Representations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment Terms

All sovereign engagements operate on a bespoke quotation model. Pricing is communicated privately following your Command Center consultation. Standard payment structure is 50% commencement fee + 50% upon activation key delivery, plus monthly retainer for AI agent operation and maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our AI agents, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. JRAS Automations and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
